The story behind the foundation of the Alex Bateman agency is related to a cruise to Capri and the Castiera Analtifana is the turn of the second decade of the 20th century. What made this exquisite area around the golf of Naples so attractive from the ancient times till today? The obvious answer is it’s natural beuty. The Greeks colonised it and then the Roman emperors. Nevertheless, one of the small coastal cities (Amalfi) and one of the islands (Capri) managed to stand out throughout the centuries.
